Chimney sweep logs do not sweep chimneys. They loosen some creosote - which then falls where a brush and vacuum still have to collect it.

How to Redeem
Call (728) 203-8687 and mention the offer you want; a live person answers, so you won’t sit through a phone tree. We’ll book the visit, send the technician’s name and photo before arrival, and confirm the written price at your door before any tools come out. Just present the offer when the technician arrives, and it’s applied to your job that day.
Why These Offers Don’t Change the Job
A coupon shouldn’t change the quality of the work, and at Alcott Chimney West Palm Beach it never does. Every technician still passes a background check and identity verification through the Threshold Standard before stepping onto your property. You still get a written guarantee on any repair, with a free second visit if the repair fails within the coverage period. The 365-Day Done Right Promise stays in effect whether you pay full price or call on a special. We run these offers because seasonal demand in Palm Beach County spikes before the holidays, and it helps us plan ahead when homeowners book early. What it doesn’t do is shorten the inspection, skip the camera, or send a less experienced technician to your home.

AfterWhat a Chimney Sweep Actually Costs in West Palm Beach
A standard chimney sweep in West Palm Beach, FL typically runs $200 to $350 before any repairs. That includes removing creosote, the tar-like buildup that causes chimney fires, and a camera inspection to document the flue’s condition. If we find damage, you’ll get a written quote the same day, with no obligation to proceed. Our technicians carry DuraFlex liner systems, HeatShield resurfacing products, Gelco, Olympia Chimney, Famco, and Copperfield, so any repair quote uses materials chimney professionals actually specify. Ruben Castellano has seen enough flues in Palm Beach County to know when a liner can be patched and when it’s done, and he’d rather tell you to wait than sell you something you don’t need yet.
Frequently Asked Questions About Chimney Specials
Most wood-burning fireplaces need a sweep after roughly one cord of wood burned, or at least once a year if you use the fireplace regularly. Even in Florida’s mild winters, creosote builds up in the flue and hardens into a fire hazard. Call (728) 203-8687 to book a sweep and free camera inspection.
Not always. At Alcott Chimney West Palm Beach, we show you the camera footage before any repair is recommended. If the liner has minor cracks, HeatShield resurfacing may be enough; if it’s spalling or separated, a DuraFlex liner is the honest fix. You’ll see the evidence for yourself before you agree to anything.
Creosote is flammable; a thick enough layer can ignite and send a chimney fire through your roof. At minimum, a clogged flue pushes carbon monoxide back into the house, which you can’t smell or see. A sweep costs a few hundred dollars and takes an afternoon. The alternative is a fire department visit or a family illness. Book early and let a trained professional handle the inspection.
No, we apply one courtesy per job so the pricing stays clear. Tell the live person who answers what applies to you, and we’ll put the best rate on your written estimate before any work begins.
